Chickpea Cookie Dough Recipe:

Ingredients –

  • 1 x can of chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons of oat flour
  • Quarter of a cup of almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Chocolate chips (as many as you like)

Method – 

  1. Drain your can of chickpeas and rinse them well. Once you have done that, pop them into the food processor.
  2. Add the oat flour, almond butter and maple syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Take out of the blender and pop into a bowl.
  5. Add chocolate chips.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
