After being gifted her late mother’s recipe book, Amanda thought she’d make Jonesy one of her favourite childhood recipes – Tuna Bake (Geraldine). She hasn’t had it since she was a child!
But, does it live up to Amanda’s adult tastebuds?

1 x Large can of Tuna, well drained.
1 x Onion, grated.
6oz x Carnation Milk
2 cups x Cooked Rice
1 can x Asparagus Soup
1. Mix + sprinkle with cornflakes and a dollop of butter.
2. Place in casserole dish in oven for 30 minutes.
