‘Tis the season to be jolly at the Lindesay Christmas Gift Fair! From jolly stalls to ho-ho-holly carols and a visit from the big man himself, this unique fair is simply unmissable.
Heritage-listed Lindesay, overlooking Sydney Harbour in Darling Point, will be transformed into a Christmas market wonderland Thursday 14 – Saturday 16 November, 10 – 4pm, with over 70 boutique stalls and free Santa pictures taken in a rare heritage setting. With a range of designer jewellery, festive food, handmade homewares and a gin tasting stall, there’s something for everybody.
Families can have their Santa photos taken this Saturday in the picturesque gardens of Lindesay from 11am to 2pm. The professional photos are free and will be emailed to visitors. If the day is rainy, you can find Santa inside the historic 1830s house.
Organised by the National Trust (NSW)’s Women’s Committee, all proceeds from the three-day Christmas market will be invested back into the ongoing care and preservation of Lindesay, its gardens and collections.
For just $5, visitors can make a day out of the event enjoying morning tea or a delicious lunch with wine in the courtyard cafe, taking in the impressive Georgian interiors of the house and the spectacular Harbour views from the garden.
Now in its 18th year, this is the ultimate Christmas fair for the whole family!
