With a 2.5-metre wide front lounge room and a 2.4-metre wide kitchen, Sydney’s skinniest house has gone on the market.
Located in the competitive inner-west suburb of Enmore, the one-bedder at 19 London Street is an “entry level” property, and one of the skinniest properties real estate agent Agent Greg Haimandos from Ray White Newtown has ever seen.
“I think this would be the narrowest. It stands out because it’s got such a little facade,” he says.
Records show the current owners have had the terrace for 11 years, with it listed as a rental priced between $395 to $475 per week over that time. It last sold for $390,000 in 2008.
Don’t think it’s that skinny? See for yourself!
