A reward will be offered for information about the disappearance of Sydney teenager Katrina Bohnenkamp seven years ago.

Katrina, then aged 15, was last seen on Friday, October 26, 2012, at a home in Strathfield, in inner west Sydney.

Her disappearance will the subject of a coronial inquest on November 27.

NSW Police continue to investigate her disappearance and will hold a press conference on Tuesday with a family member to appeal for information.

The size of the reward to be offered by the NSW government is still to be confirmed.

It will be paid out for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the disappearance or death of Katrina, or the recovery of Katrina.
