12 Northern Beaches residents have found themselves fined earlier this week for leaving their lock down to attend a wedding in Sydney’s function venue Doltone House.

According to 7news, the guests were dobbed in to CrimeStoppers and the police arrived shortly afterwards, while the venue was following all COVID-19 regulations and guidelines the Northern Beaches guests were issued fines.

These guests were in-between the ages of 16 to 64 and came from the following suburbs; Allambie Heights, Beacon Hill, Frenches Forest and Narraweena.

This is not in the stricter ‘Northern Zone’ of the Northern suburbs, however regulations insist no one leaves the Northern Beaches at all right now in order to control the spread of the cluster.

Earlier this week, Premier Gladys Berejiklian revealed that the lockdown in the ‘Southern Part’ of the Northern Beaches (where the fined weddings guests were from) has been extended until at least January 2.
