A woman missing in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park has been located safe and well.
A large search commenced for the 70-year-old after she was separated from her friends around midday yesterday (Monday 7 September 2020).
A short time ago, the woman was located walking along the M1 at Berowra.
She is being assessed by ambulance paramedics.
Police wish to thank members of the public and the media.
A search is underway for a 70-year-old bushwalker missing in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park in Sydney’s north after she became separated from friends.
Stella Lo was last seen between 11.15 and 12pm on Monday, prompting a search involving water and air police and State Emergency Services.
Stella is described as being of Asian appearance, with short, dark hair and was last seen wearing a purple long sleeve top and vest, with black and blue leggings, walking boots and a dark jacket with a blue stripe.
Anyone who may have seen Stella in the area is urged to contact police.
