Dozens of beachgoers have been spotted sunbathing at Sydney’s Manly Beach.
This is against the government’s direct instruction to ‘stay home’.
The photos obtained by Channel 9, show beachgoers enjoying the warm weather, ignoring all COVID-19 social distancing rules.

“There are way more people than usual, no one really respecting social distancing, older people sitting all together on benches very close to each other touching their faces, people running very close to other people and almost touching them when running past,” a local told 9 News.
“Everyone’s on holiday here.”
Earlier this week, Bondi Beach was closed after thousands packed the sand on Friday, ignoring health advice about large public gatherings.
More than 1,405 people have been diagnosed with coronavirus in NSW.
