Tigerair has been grounded during amid the coronavirus which has caused airlines to assess their operations.
TigerAir’s parent company, Virgin Australia, has announced they have stood down 8,000 staff this morning and will cut 90% of its services across it’s entire business.
Part of this measure will be standing down TigerAir completely.
The measures are in place until at least until the end of May.
If you are due to travel with either airline, you are being told to contact their customer care centres of via the travel agent you booked with.
