An Aussie real estate agent has posted a short clip on what to offer when a property is listed without an asking price.

You know when you’re scrolling through houses and you come across one that’s perfect, but instead of a price (or at least a price range) is says something annoying like ‘Price on Application’ or ‘Contact Agent’… self-confessed ‘modern day real estate agent’ Sammi Russo has shared a hot tip to find out.

She says that an agent must supply a ‘statement of information’ about the property, which to justify a price range it needs to include three comparable properties.

Meaning, you’ll get a great idea of what to offer on the ‘house-with-no-price’.
