This is something we didn’t know was missing in our life but boy, oh boy, do we need this!
Omnon Cheese Shop in Sydney’s Rosebery hosts a series of cheese making class including their halloumi making workshop.
The 120-minute class will see you pick and treat milk, turn it into curd and then turn that curd in delicious halloumi – all while sipping some bubble.
The classes cost $89 and are taking place on June 20 and 26.
You’ll also get to take home 250g of your own halloumi.
