While every child deserves the best medical care, they also deserve the perfect Christmas.
As a result, the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation needs your help to light up the lives of sick kids in hospital. Together with your support, they can make that happen not only for this Christmas, but for years to come.
By raising vital funds for state-of-the-art equipment, ground-breaking research and the best and brightest practitioners you’ll be lighting the way for children’s healthcare across NSW and beyond.

Chloe was transferred Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick after an ear infection spread to her brain. The best chance of survival was for emergency surgery to remove the entire left side of her skull. After five long months of learning to talk, walk and eat again, Chloe was finally able to go home just in time for Christmas 🙏 Help sick kids like Chloe by decorating your house this Christmas! The Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation is hoping to raise $1 million for their Light up Christmas Appeal to bring smiles to faces in the most difficult times.
Every year, more than 155,000 sick and injured children are cared for across both The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. 95,000 kids come through the emergency doors and over one million receive specialist care through the Inpatient, Outpatient and Community Health services.
Every day, patients and families walk through the hospital doors to face the toughest challenge in their young lives with bravery and hope. And thanks to the amazing support from people like you, they receive the best possible care every step of the way.

“He's a little boy who loves his own bed and playing outside in his backyard, he really just wants to go home.” After being diagnosed with leukaemia, Chayse and his mum were airlifted straight to Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. They’ve been there for the past seven months, and although the Hospital does everything it can to create as comfy and fun environment as possible, all Chayse wants is to be back home with his dad and little brother too. Please make a donation today and help to get kids like Chayse home sooner: www.curinghomesickness.org.au (link in bio) #SydneyChildrensHospital #curinghomesickness #SydneyKids #Leukaemia #ChildhoodCancerAwareness #ChildhoodCancer #Homesick #Sydney
