A new case of Coronavirus has officially been confirmed in NSW, meaning our two week streak has been broken.

Health Minister Brad Hazzard has revealed the infected was male, 45 years old and a van driver who worked in close proximity to airline crew and the airport.

“We do still have to do, if you like, checks just to make sure it is a valid positive case. But the indication is, at this stage, that it is,” Mr Hazzard stated.

Symptoms appeared on Saturday but the man did not get tested until Tuesday, finding a positive result this morning.
