That weird silicone ice block mold you bought once gets used so rarely that it’s probably been demoted to the THIRD drawer down, or even worse, that cupboard with the pasta maker and your emergency toaster.

But, with just 3 ingredients (and one of them is water…) you can get some value out of that dumb thing, PLUS support our strawberry farmers – just in time for summer!

You’ll need:

  • A punnet of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water

Method:

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries
  2. Puree everything in a blender
  3. Pour into molds
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours
  5. Devour!

Homemade strawberry popsicles 😋👌 Have you tried making your own fruit popsicles? I feel like it’s such a great guilt-free treat ☺️ and so refreshing in summertime 🤤 ••• “Do not get a pound of fruit confused with a pound of sugar. A pound of sugar is a pound of sugar. A pound of fruit is a unique blend of life-creating, life-saving, life-sustaining phytonutrients and other phytochemicals that stop disease and promote long life.” – Anthony William ••• @medicalmedium 🕊 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ #strawberrypopsicle #summertreats #healingfoods #rawfooddiet #fruitbased #fruitarian #medicalmediumcleanse #medicalmedium #lifechangingfoods #801010rv #rawfoodrecipes #guiltfree #hclfrv
