It’s that time of year again – the annual release of Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin.

This year the highly anticipated Christmas Gin is very special as it is a tribute to four things the ‘heart and soul of Four Pillars’, Cam loves: Australia, Christmas, gin and his late mum, Wilma.

Slated for release on Derby Day 2019 (Saturday 2nd November) – A special time of year for the team at Four Pillars Gin as it marks both their distillery door’s birthday and a very special Four Pillars tradition: the annual release of their Australian Christmas Gin.

We are absolutely thrilled to unveil our 2019 #AustralianChristmasGin today! "Flame Trees" by Australian artist Tim Summerton is the stunning artwork that adorns our bottle this year. These Australian native Illawarra Flame Trees bloom close to Christmas time every year, reminding us all that we will soon be sitting at a table with old friends, celebrating. With delicate foiling on the leaves that gently twinkle in the light this bottle is a thing of beauty, worthy of a place on your Christmas table. Our 2019 Australian Christmas Gin will be available on Derby Day, Saturday 2 November from our distillery and website. The flavours of an Aussie Christmas are captured perfectly – with hints of cinnamon, star anise, coriander seed, and angelica.

The gin is aged in several Muscat barrels that are over 100 years old, including two 125-year-old ex-William Grants whisky barrels that stored Rutherglen Muscat for 80 years.

Essentially it’s Christmas in a bottle! It smells like gin and tastes like Christmas… what more could you want?
