Rick Stein is known for being the father of seafood. Not only is his knowledge of food impressive, but his affable persona is unlike no other.

So, it was only time before our very own Amanda Keller asked him to partake in one of our most popular segments, Muck That Mum Made.

Since Amanda has recreated some of her favourite childhood recipes, we thought it was time to get some tips from an internationally renowned chef.
