Today saw celebrities including Kerrie-Anne Kennerley, Larry Emdur, Luke Jacobz, Jade Albany and Shae-Lee Shackleford attend an exclusive Ideal Balance Retreat hosted by Channel 7 The Morning Show’s, Kylie Gillies and celebrity vet Dr. Katrina Warren, with guests enjoying an afternoon of doggie yoga (‘doga’).
The exclusive celebrity event celebrated the launch of Hill’s new perfectly balanced pet food range, Ideal Balance which saw the iconic North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club transformed into a unique beachside oasis where celebrity guests were treated to an afternoon of pampering with their pets.
The retreat brought celebrities and their pets to the coastal haven where they performed sun salutations, received luxurious massages and day spa-style treatments whilst they sipped on freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Guests also enjoyed a selection of healthy menu options including quinoa salads and avocado and chia desserts, to a backdrop of Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach.
Hill’s Ideal Balance Ambassador, Kylie Gillies commented: “Our Frenchie (French Bulldog) Pepe is part of our family. We love and adore him, and like most pet “parents” we tend to spoil him! So he literally jumped at the chance to be pampered with his Mummy today. When it comes to my diet, I try and select the good, healthy, natural option and I try to maintain some sort of balance in my own life. That’s why I’m thrilled to be working with Hill’s who is committed to ensuring our precious and much-loved pets can have the same balance in their lives.”
The recently launched North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club was transformed into a beachside day spa with pristine white lounge furniture, luxurious pamper stations, an outdoor ‘doga’ (Dog Yoga) studio overlooking Bondi Beach, massage by the sea and an exclusive chill out zone with hammocks where guests could enjoy the ambience of the unique human and pet retreat.
