Allison Ardolino Dinkelacker was diagnosed with breast cancer in the latter stages of her first pregnancy, and told she couldn’t have any more children.

She received her diagnosis of stage 3 breast cancer in 2009 when she was 30 weeks pregnant.

She had an emergency C-section at 31 weeks, and gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Dylan.

In a Facebook post Allison revealed how Dawn offered to carry her child for her.

“Well before he even finished his sentence Dawn jumped in and said: “It doesn’t matter because I am going to carry their child'”.
