Let’s be real – Gladys Berejiklian is known for repeating some key phrases during her 11am COVID-19 updates, which has appropriately led to the “Gladys Workout”.

The fitness challenge requires participants to perform a number of exercises every time a key phrase is used by NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian.

For instance, the phrase “jabs in arms” requires three sit ups while “I can’t stress enough” calls for five star jumps.
