Producers of The Bold And The Beautiful are being forced to get even more creative as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We can all agree that the soap opera is known for its steamy romances, which can become a bit tricky when you’re faced with a universal pandemic.

As a result, Bradley Bell, executive producer and head writer of the program, told the New York Post that they would be making use of one of their old blow-up dolls on set to film sex scenes moving forward, thus complying with social distancing measures.

“When we were reviewing the scripts we started taking out all the romantic scenes and [the scripts] just fell flat,” he told the publication.

“We put our heads together trying to figure out a way to make these scenes work without breaking the eight-foot [distancing] rule… and we brought out a doll we used years ago as a corpse.”

Jonesy & Amanda managed to grab some exclusive audio from the set, and let’s just say, it’s… intrusive? Hear it below!
