It’s been a big week for the cast of Pretty Woman who have been celebrating the 25th anniversary of the 1990 movie, and now director Garry Marshall is sharing the big news that he’s bringing the romantic comedy to Broadway after much speculation.

Marshall announced in a statement to People, “I had so much fun doing Pretty Woman the first time around that I’m trying it again as a Broadway musical. We have secured the rights to do a stage adaptation.” He adds, “To see Vivian and Edward brought to life again with music will hopefully be something to cheer about the second time around too.”
