Irony is not dead.
The owners of The Ark Encounter, a life-size replica Noah’s Ark in Kentucky, are demanding nearly $1 million from their insurers after..get this…heavy rain caused property damage.
You can’t make this stuff up.
The lawsuit states that heavy rain in 2017/18 caused a landslide on its access road and their insurance carriers are refusing to cover the cost.
Since opening in 2016, the 510-foot ark has been a popular attraction for tourists, and the road has since been repaired and re-opened.
