It made $141 MILLION in box office and defined a decade.

“Elle Woods is back! Legally Blonde 3 coming May 2022. We rest our case.”
Reese Witherspoon confirmed the third film was happening back in 2018 which makes us think she’s going to be involved.
Mindy Kaling will also be teaming up with Dan Goor, creator of Brooklyn Nine-Nine to work on the script.
The original producers have signed back up with the addition of Witherspoon with her production company ‘Hello Sunshine.’
Is it Legally Blonde without Jennifer Coolidge?
She’s not officially signed on yet but she’s openly said she’d love to play Paulette again.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight Luke Wilson also said, “I’d love to do another one. I mean, just that character Reese played was so funny at the time and that has king of become this iconic character now.”
The cast recently did a 20 year anniversary reunion and honestly, we need 2022 to be here now.
