Ed Sheeran has co-written a song with celebrity chef Jamie Oliver for this year’s Food Revolution Day campaign, which seeks to promote healthier diets for youngsters around the world.

Jamie revealed during a recent interview that he recently collaborated with the 24-year-old British pop star, and also managed to get the legendary Paul McCartney to lend his talents to the track.

According to Jamie, the former Beatles member contributed some of his own lyrics to the star-studded anthem, and also plays bass on the song. Jamie said Ed, “set me to task to go and get the rest of the band together, so I [asked Paul], ‘Will you lay down bass and do some lyrics?’ and he said, ‘Yes!'”

Jamie reported that Paul already had sent over the tracks he worked on. The chef also revealed that Coldplay’s Chris Martin had agreed to add some keyboards to the song, which he’s planning to release in early May as part of a viral campaign ahead of Food Revolution Day on May 15.

The focus of the 2015 Food Revolution Day initiative is to get people around the world to sign a petition declaring that “it’s a child’s human right to have practical food education in school.”
