My mum, Jennifer, had to leave school at 16, and the National Bank made her leave her job when she got married. A generation later, I had a myriad of opportunities for education, jobs, and life choices. As for the next generation, I hope I’m raising my sons to be good men who will share child care, domestic duties and allow their partners to be full equals. Happy #internationalwomensday .
