Attention all Wizards, Witches, Muggles and No-Majs, you’ll be thrilled to learn that 50,000 new tickets for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are going on sale.
The magic will be going down on Tuesday, May 7 at 11am for performances up to and including Sunday March 22, 2020.
Based on the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling, the play picks up 19 years on from the end of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and the death of Voldemort. The critically-acclaimed play follows Harry’s children’s time at Hogwarts and his own career as a celebrated Aura (dark wizard catcher).
Melbourne is only the third city in the world, after New York and London, to welcome the BAFTA, Olivier and Tony-winning play, and is expected to sell out quicker than you can cast a Patronus charm.
Tickets for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at Melbourne’s Princess Theatre are available here.
