A SYDNEY teenager has now been charged over a punch at a HALLOWEEN party ... which has left another teen in an induced coma.

The 17-year-old will front court today ... after allegedly attacking the 16-year-old in GLADESVILLE on SATURDAY night.

He remains in a serious condition ... police are still wanting to speak to a number of witnesses who are yet to come forward.

A major development in the investigation into RUSSIA influence into last year's US election ... with TWO former TRUMP officials charged with conspiracy.

PAUL MANAFORT and RICK GATES are facing 12 charges, including conspiracy to launder money and of being an unregistered agent of a foreign country.

Another TRUMP campaigner has also admitted to lying to the FBI about his contact with a Russian national.
