Sydney School Evacuated After Discovery Of Suspicious Device
A primary school in Sydney's south-west was evacuated earlier today after the discovery of a suspicious device.
According to reports, a student at Newbridge Heights school in Moorebank was found to have brought in a homemade device, alarming teachers.
Police were called to the scene at about 10.30am, where they set up an exclusion zone as a precaution.

Students were returned to their classrooms just over an hour later, when the device had been removed.
Officers were seen talking to one student, before he was taken away by his parents.
No further action will be taken.
