Shocking Brawl Leaves 16-Year-Old With Facial Injuries

Police are appealing for information after a shocking brawl in Sydney's southwest left a 16-year-old with wounds to his face.

The fight broke out on Roberts Road in Greenacre at about 9.30pm on Wednesday, with residents telling 9News that they had heard lots of "very angry men gathered" and yelling.

On arrival, officers found a white ute with its windows smashed in and a number of baseball bats inside, and about 10 people in the area.

Footage shows two people sitting nearby and talking to police, although no arrests have been made.

A 16-year-old boy was found nearby with facial injuries, which are said to be minor; he is helping police with their inquiries.

The group of men believed to be involved in the brawl are described as being "young Middle-Eastern men in their late teens", and anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
