Have You Seen These Men?

Police are appealing to the community for any information about two men who escaped from a prison in NSW's west this week.

Geoffrey Fieldsend, 30, and Richard Reginald Pretty, 29, are still on the run after breaking out of the minimum-security Ivanhoe Correctional Centre on Saturday night.

Authorities have found the stolen black and grey ute they believe the pair were travelling in through central-west NSW.

After issuing a public appeal, police found the car abandoned on an outback road near Yeoval on Tuesday afternoon, with the men's clothing inside.

A search of the surrounding area failed to locate any traces of the pair.

The men are both described as about 180cm tall with short, light hair.

Police have warned people who spot the pair not to approach them but to ring '000' immediately.
