Man Cops Charges After Drink Drive Crash In Western Sydney
A man has been charged with a string of traffic offences, including drink driving, after a crash in Greystanes.
Police say he failed to stop after hitting two stationary unoccupied cars on Macquarie Road about 9.20pm on Wednesday night.
A short time later, the driver stopped at the intersection of Macquarie Road and Coronation Street and police arrested the driver, a 63-year-old man.
He was taken to Merrylands Police Station where he underwent a breath analysis which returned an alleged reading of 0.181.
The man is due to appear at Fairfield Local Court on Tuesday 8 May 2018.
His driver’s licence was suspended, luckily no one was hurt.
