Law & Order director arrested
A Law & Order director has had a taste of the real judicial system this week after being arrested on child pornography charges.
Jason `Jace' Alexander was arrested in New York after police investigators traced child pornography to his home IP address, several US news outlets report.
According to Variety.com, Alexander has been charged with one count of promoting a sexual performance by a child and one count of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child. His bail was set at $US10,000 ($A13,707).
Alexander directed 32 episodes of the crime TV show Law & Order between 1994 and 2005. He's also worked on hit shows Burn Notice, Prison Break and House M.D.
