Huge Fire Breaks Out On Phi Phi Island In Thailand
A huge fire has broken out on the island of Phi Phi in Thailand.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, one witness "saw five hotels and hostels up in flames, with the blaze spreading like wildfire".
Local media have reported a gas cylinder explosion which is believed to have caused the fire in a hotel at Soi Slinky about 9.30pm.
The fire has quickly spread to more than 20 nearby businesses including restaurants.
Tourists and residents have been evacuated to safer areas, including the surrounding beach.

Currently, only two people have been reported as injured with others being "carried around with burns".
It is unclear whether any Australians have been injured.
