Flying Is About To Get A LOT More Interesting Australia!!
Australia has been trailing competitors when it comes to in flight WiFi for a while now.
But in a move that will surely please passengers, it's been announced that by the end of next year travellers in Australia will have access to WiFi on all flights, except for budget carriers.
Virgin Australia CEO John Borghetti says that both domestic and international services will introduce WiFi from mid-2017.
It is not yet clear if these services will be free or if they will come at an extra charge.
Qantas will also be introducing free WiFi next year.
It's good news for passengers who need to work throughout the duration of a flight and it's even better news for those of us who just want to kick back and stream Netflix!
