The court found him not guilty of their murders.
He had earlier been found guilty of destroying his shop for financial gain and murdering Chris Noble, who lived upstairs in an apartment opposite the O’Brien's.
The court earlier heard Khan was heavily in debt when he lit a blaze in his Rozelle convenience store causing a massive explosion in September 2014.
