Zara Slammed By Angry Shoppers For Bizarre Ad
Zara has been slammed for using 'thin' models in an advert promoting jeans for fuller-figured women. The ad which promotes loving "your curves" shows two young models staring seductively at the camera.
Irish radio personality Muireann O'Connel took to Twitter to express her anger at the poster writing: “You have got to be s****ing me, Zara.”

She later tweeted that her anger wasn’t directed at the models, but at the marketers who she said has “distorted their image and f**ked up.” Her twitter followers responded in their droves, with over 17,000 people liking her tweet and another 8,500 retweeting it.
It's not the first time the fashion store has come under fire. In 2014, it was criticised for selling a shirt which was likened to those worn by prisoners during the Holocaust. It also caused controversy in 2007 for selling a bag with a swastika.
