Science Says THIS Is The Best Eating Plan To Get Lean
With so many different diets flooding the market, it's hard to know what to believe. However, researchers in the US claim to have finally discovered the answer to the best eating plan to get you lean.
Researchers undertook a year long study looking at the effects of eating a balanced, protein-pacing caloric restriction diet. Participants chowed down on four to six meals a day with a least 20 grams of protein at each meal.
I've been doing intermittent fasting for a year now and it's been great.
