Napping Classes Are A Real Actual Thing You Can Do In Sydney

While the following news is pretty amazing, it's also hella unfair because we have been campaigning for this FOREVER and now someone else is going to take the credit?

The Indigo Project in Sydney are running "naptime classes" as a legitimate way to take a cheeky lunch-time snooze and not be looked down upon by your colleagues/ friends/ everyone you know.

According to The Urban List, classes kick off with a "calming meditation" (read: pre-sleep sleep) before you ease your way into a 20- to 30-minute nap.

Since experts reckon that's the optimal time you should spend nana-napping, you'll reap the benefits of your siesta and wake up refreshed, recharged and ready to face the afternoon.

The facility also runs regular yoga and meditation classes, as well as a four-week "get your shit together" course that may actually help you get over your need to nap anyway.

What a time to be alive, hey?
