IKEA Has Opened Its ONLINE Store To Sydneysiders

IKEA is probably the first store that pops to mind when you’re in need of some new furniture. Many people love the idea of going to their nearest store and wandering through the displays checking out all the different styles of furniture, but some people dread the idea of even stepping foot inside the confusing maze of flat-packed furniture.

If you’re one of the latter, you’ll love this news! IKEA has officially opened its online shopping facilities to all Sydneysiders!

The Swedish furniture giant are extending their online delivery and click-and-collect services via the Tempe, Rhodes, and Marsden Park stores. This expansion now means that the only state to not have these online services is Victoria.

The news was announced through the company’s IKEA Family loyalty mailing list as members received emails declaring the good news!

While this does make things a little bit easier, it does come at quite an eye-watering price. The flat rate of the online delivery service is a solid $129, while the click-and-collect service incurs an additional $40 service fee.

The ease of the delivery makes it quite worth it though if you despise getting lost in the maze of the stores!
