This One-Eyed Surfing Cat Is Living The Hawaiian Dream

Most cats are terrified of water but not Kuli, the one-eyed cat.

This rescue cat is living out every beach bum's dream, surfing alongside his owners in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The tiny animal surfer has been catching waves for about a year, and started to learn on a longboard, but has since graduated to a boogie board where he can grip his claws, his owners Alexandra Gomez and Krista Littleton tell The Daily Mail.

Gomez and Littleton adopted Kuli when he was three-months old, and weighed only a pound.

He underwent surgery to remove an infected eye, and due to the frequent bathing in the recovery process he's more than comfortable in the water.

He doesn't need a life-vest each time he swims, but his owners are cautious in where they take him, avoiding rough conditions.
