This IKEA Toy Is Going Viral And No One Really Knows Why

OK, so the popularity of one particular toy isn’t so unusual, especially around this time of year, but this is weird.
A plush shark toy from IKEA called Blåhaj (Blaha) has slowly been appearing in #ikeashark posts all over Instagram and no one can work out why.
They've had the toy for a while now - and I could be reaching here - but I reckon it’s having a moment not because it’s big and cute, but because of that Baby Shark song.
(I mean you don't see the same kind of excitement over IKEA's plush rats, right?)
