The Surprise Threat That Could Kill Your Mobile Phone

There are certain risks we’re all aware of when it comes to our mobile phones… dropping them, cracking them, getting them wet.

But here’s one we bet you never considered!

We’re being warned that the hot weather is proving fatal for our mobiles with the heat being blamed for causing permanent damage, according to Newscorp.

Sitting directly in the sun, being left in a hot car or in a stuffy room can cause smartphones to overheat resulting in things like the motherboard quite literally frying.

It’s recommended that iPhones be kept at below 45C by Apple – although many people are unaware of the risk associated.

An iPhone will display a warning on screen when it gets too hot.

Let’s just hope you notice in time!
