The Place To Avoid This Morning If You’re Driving In Sydney
Sydney, a truck has rolled near Mascot around 4am this morning, on Wentworth Ave, causing HUGE problems for commuters.
The tanker was carrying approximately 34,000 liters of diesel and unleaded fuel and firefighters are attempting to secure the area and block drains to stop the fuel leaking into waterways.
The instruction is to avoid the area if possible, unless you’re heading to the airport.
Vic Lorusso advises giving yourself an extra hour travel time if you have a flight to catch or are picking someone up from the airport.
Wentworth Ave is closed this morning, while southern cross drive closed between General Holmes Drive and Todman Ave.
