10-Year-Old Fan Earns Onstage Spot With Pearl Jam

10-year-old Noah Keeley of Bar Harbor, Maine, got the thrill of his life when Pearl Jam invited him to play live on stage last week in Quebec City, Canada.

He sat on a stool and played along with the Pearl Jam song, Sad. Afterward, the band played a cover of Cheap Trick's Surrender and dedicated it to Noah's parents.

Lead singer Eddie Vedder had received an email from the boy's parents requesting the song and included clips of Noah playing Pearl Jam hits.

His guitar skills were so good that Vedder invited him onstage to play after seeing the boy in the audience May 5 at the Videotron Centre.

The boy's mother, Sarah Keeley, tells the Portland Press Herald that strangers were stopping her son on the street the next day asking for his autograph.

Wow, that's one experience he'll never forget.
