Royal Butler Paul Burrell Enters The Jungle
It's no secret that Anthony Mundine is very opinionated on the gay rights movement and it has one of the newest jungle recruits all fired up.
Former Royal Butler, Paul Burrell entered the South African jungle for Channel 10's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here and while he is still yet to meet the bulk of the other celebs, there's one that he wishes was still on the show.
"I wanted to meet him,"
"I wanted to have a showdown with Anthony because there's no room in the world for homophobia; for racism, for bigotry, for sexism. We've got to move forward as one force. As one people.
"We are all the same at the end of the day," he said.
The 58-year-old father of two, came out as gay in March last year and married his "soulmate" in a lavish same-sex ceremony weeks later.
Going into the jungle is not a stretch for the now-florist, as this is his second rodeo where he came second on the UK version.
So what will he bring to the Aussie I'm A Celeb?
"I've already had two lifetimes in one," he said. "I want to share my life with the people watching. So when we are sat around the campfire, I'm going to spin stories. I'm going to tell you what it's really like behind closed doors."
We personally can't wait to hear all about it and secretly hope that Jackie Gillies and Paul Burrell become friends. Psychic reading about Princess Diana? Yes, please!
