Disney Actor Dean Jones Has Died Of Parkinson's

Legendary Disney actor Dean Jones has died of Parkinson's disease at age 84.

He acted in films including The Love Bug, The Million Dollar Duck, That Darn Cat! and The Shaggy D.A.

He made his film debut in 1956 in Somebody Up There Likes Me with Paul Newman, and in 1957 in the Elvis Presley movie Jailhouse Rock.

He starred on Broadway with Jane Fonda in There Was A Little Girl.

But his greatest successes were in his Disney films.

He was born in Decatur, Alabama in 1931 and served in the Navy in the Korean War, and he is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lory Basham Jones, three children, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
